Last month, we attended the RSA Conference 2017 in the heart of San Francisco! RSA Conference Chairman Hugh Thompson opened up with an anecdote representing that many organizations have cracks, and sometimes employees find themselves in situations where they don't know how to close the cracks or solve those problems. With so many cyber security threats, it is difficult to know when one will find himself or herself in one of these unexpected situations, or cracks.
With over 43,000 attendees, 550 vendors, and over 500 sessions, this couldn't be a better RSA Conference! At the Niagara booth, we came across a variety of network engineers, CSOs, and IT managers who enjoyed learning about our Network Visibility platform (or maybe they were just in it for our awesome Network Nerd T-shirt). Among the Network Visibility chatter were explanations on how a Network Packet Broker's filtering, load balancing, and aggregation capabilities are advantageous over a simple Network TAP for port mirroring.
Personally, I enjoyed the busy traffic we had at our booth, checking out other vendors' innovative solutions, and hanging out with some awesome co-workers. We had such a successful show, we even signed up for RSA Conference 2017 Asia Pacific & Japan and RSAC 2018!
